Key Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and genuine care
- Support agency sales and retention goals through proactive customer outreach
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete follow up- in a timely manner
- Follow up with customers as needed and support ongoing service requests
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and everyday service requests
- Anticipate customer needs and communicate clearly to keep them informed
- Continuously learn and develop professionally through licensing, training and coaching

Compensation: $33,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
